A certificate lookup may show details such as recipient name, course name, certificate number, completion date, issue date, status, and project or proof links if these are part of the certificate record.

Do not submit private or sensitive material in public project links. If you need a certificate record corrected or hidden where legally appropriate, contact us.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Admissions, payment, tax, accounting, certificates, exam, dispute, fraud-prevention, and compliance records may be retained for longer because they support student records, certificate authenticity, financial reporting, or legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise, archive, or restrict it using a practical process appropriate for the data type and system.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

No internet-based system is completely secure. You should avoid sharing passwords, payment credentials, private repository links, identity documents, or sensitive information unless a specific AstraTech AI workflow clearly asks for it.
